4、粘结性能优异
公司新开发的热熔胶有着很高的粘结强度，只要按要求清洁和预热钢管，满足除锈要求Sa2或者St3级能满足石油气行业标准SY/T0413、国家标准GB23257、德国标准DIN30670所要求的粘结强度，另外还有高温胶，在较高的温度要也能获得理想的剥离强度。
5、使用方便
公司为保证现场施工方便, 对环氧底漆采取随热收缩带单包装配套装箱，每套热收缩带单个分装供给，单包配件中配有必要的工具和防护用品。底漆粘结强度高、固化快，涂完底漆立即可以安装热缩带。配合本公司的“无胶粘结技术”新型固定片，能保证热收缩带头尾搭接处几乎无滑移。使用方便。

1、机械强度高、抗老化能力强。抗蠕变性能好、使用寿命长。
该产品拉伸强度高达20MPa，通过150℃，168h热老化后，拉伸强度高达16MPa以上，优良的抗老化能力。配合性能优异的热熔胶及底漆， 公司生产的热收缩带能适应不同的运行温度条件，抗蠕变性能好，寿命长能与管道同龄。

二、等适用范围
主要用于管道补口防腐、大小头、阀门密封。
热收缩带产品适用于各种管体防腐涂层如：二层聚乙烯（2PE）、三层聚乙烯(3PE)、三层聚炳烯（3PP）、粉末环氧（FBE）、保温夹克、瓷漆、石油沥青。
